Vintage Motorcycle Restoration · Rhoadesville, Virginia
Since 2001, Randy's Cycle Service & Restoration has been the Mid-Atlantic's premier restorer of vintage motorcycles from the 50s, 60s and 70s — down to the last nut and bolt.
Two Ways In
No nut or bolt untouched. No painted surface unpolished. No wiring untested, no part goes without inspection. A complete disassembly down to the frame, then rebuilt to original condition or better.
Limited cosmetic work — paint, chrome or polish, done to the same standard as a full restoration. For bikes that run right but don't yet look the part.
Pricing includes labor & parts. A $280 non-refundable estimate fee applies — your bike needs to be at the shop; no quotes are given by phone or email.
Sealing the tank. Re-chroming the trim. Rebuilding the carb. A total restoration isn't a spray-can paint job — it's every part, seen and unseen, brought back to the day it left the factory.
What Level A Actually Means
Complete disassembly — down to the bare frame
Thorough cleaning & inspection of the frame and every part
Full review of all safety items
Cleaning & sealing the inside of the gasoline tank
Engine or transmission overhaul and rebuild
Carburetor cleaning or rebuild, new fuel lines
Electrical system upgrades or a full new wiring harness
Brake and master cylinder rebuilding
Replacement of all cables, hoses, lines, tires & rubber parts
Re-chroming or re-Cad plating of parts and hardware

How A Restoration Starts
No quotes by phone or email — your bike needs to be at the shop. A $280 estimate fee (non-refundable) gets you a personalized, detailed restoration plan.
Choose Level A or Level B, lock in your timeline, and start an interest-free monthly payment plan. Your bike stays with us until the balance is paid.
Every restoration ends with a test ride, not just a shop rag and a photo. If it doesn't run right, by our standard, it isn't finished.
